Planner – Housing / Multi-Sector – Liverpool

Our client are a medium sized regional contractor specialise in work in the Housing, PRS, Commercial, Retail, Leisure and Multi-Occupancy sector, undertaking new build and refurb works.

This is a great, long term opportunity for a Planner to be locally based in Liverpool, attracting to those in region who love to work in the city.

The role is a stand-alone Planner position, someone who is able to work autonomously in developing programmes from scratch and then delivering them live on site.

Requirements

• Ideally 3+ years experience as a Planner on general construction projects
• Experience within the residential sector would be ideal but not essential
• Experience with Asta
• Ability to manage a project from inception to completion

Remuneration

• Up to £55,000 per annum
• Company Car / Allowance
