£30,000 – 38,000 per annum + car/allowance + other benefits

The Opportunity

This M&E Quantity Surveyor role presents a great opportunity for an Intermediate / Project QS level QS with some experience in the M&E sector, you don’t need to be an M&E expert, however you do have to some experience on M&E packages at some point during your career.

The role will suit someone who enjoys a technical and consultative role supporting the project teams who wishes to develop in the future to a Senior M&E QS and specialise in this field, a skill set that is always in demand.

Our client is one of the region’s leading brands with a variance of work across the region – public sector & private sector projects – who require further commercial support on the M&E packages.  The role will allow you to work closely with the lead Director offering high quality training and experience.

Requirements
The Quantity Surveyor have the following;

• Around 5 Years’ experience as QS
• M&E / Build Services package experience, either from an M&E sibby or package management whilst employed by a main contractor
• Based in the North West
• BSc Quantity Surveying is desired.
• Driving Licence

The successful QS will get paid between £(phone number removed) per annum + car/allowance + pension + healthcare – depending on experience.
