Quantity Surveyor

Work from Home (UK based)

Up to £35,000 per annum

The Opportunity
This Quantity Surveyor position is to join a small consultancy featuring on some of the UK’s & Europe’s most well-known projects in a remote capacity.  If you have enjoyed working from home and want to do that full time then this is for you!

You will be working with a leading Contract Administrator / Commercial Manager assisting main contractors and cost consultancies with their sub contract agreements.  The contracts are general NEC.

Travel to Manchester is needed once a month (and for the interview).

Requirements
The Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant have the following;

• 3-5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• BSc Quantity Surveying
• Project exposure using an NEC form of contract
• Ideally worked for an established name in the industry
• Ability to work from home unsupervised.

The successful QS will get paid up to £35,0000per annum, there is no car allowance with this position as it is WFH.  Travel costs will be covered if needed.
