Planner – Housing – Cheshire

Our client is retained exclusively to ProBuild, they specialise predominantly within the residential sector.  An exciting entity who are growing at a rapid rate they are certainly a company who are attracting a lot of attention.

This is a great opportunity to work with a young, driven Planning Manager who is truly cares about the development and well being of their team.

The role is a stand-alone Planner position, someone who is able to work autonomously in developing programmes from scratch and then delivering them live on site.

Requirements

• Ideally 3+ years experience as a Planner on general construction projects
• Experience within the residential sector would be ideal but not essential
• Experience with Asta
• Ability to manage a project from inception to completion

Remuneration

• Up to £55,000 per annum
