Senior Site Manager required for Tier 1 main contractor – Manchester

Our client a nationwide Tier 1 contractor whose name is synonymous with not only delivering excellence within the construction industry but also for how they invest and develop their staff are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their thriving North West team.  Predominantly this client works on projects within the multi-occupancy sector, either residential or hotels and as well as this they work on other projects within different sectors too.  Typically projects are between £10m – £30m.

They are seeking an all-rounder of a Senior Site Manager, someone with a track record of delivering projects from contract awarded stage through to handing over to the client.

Requirements:

• Ideally over 5 years in a No.1 Site Manager position on projects over £20m
• Experience of delivering at least 2 projects from start to finish
• Experience within city centre construction is required (Residential, Hotels, Commercial spaces)

Remuneration:

• £55,000 – £60,000 per annum
• Company car / Allowance
• Pension
• Healthcare
